We strive to meet your expectations, make efforts to ensure all orders placed are delivered as per the specifications of our customers and stick to the timelines for shipping and delivery.

·         If due to any reason the order isn’t shipped out by WearMySpex.com then the order can be canceled and your money will be refunded to you. If your shipping address is not serviced by our logistics division, we will automatically cancel your order and refund you.

·         If the product delivered is faulty, damaged in transit, or wrong product is delivered, we will initiate a refund.

·         However, if a customer submits wrong information on lenses for eyeglasses frames then WearMySpex.com will only refund money for eyewear frames. No refund will be issued for the wrongly ordered prescription of the lenses, their type, size and color.

·         We suggest our customers to not to accept the delivery in case of a damaged packaging. Simply refuse to take the order and inform us immediately so that we can take further action.

·         It is the customer’s responsibility to not to accept the damaged shipment or if the package is already opened. However, if the product is found to be damaged after opening the package, the customer should write to us or call us to log in the issue on the same day. If the customer fails to do that in the given time period mentioned above, then he/she will not be eligible for free returns.

Customers can initiate the refund within 7 working days after receiving of the product. Once the refund is approved we will process the refund within 24 to 48 hours. The amount will be reflected in customer’s bank account within 15 working days.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can initiate the cancellation request within 24 hours after placing the order. Once the refund is approved we will process the refund within 24 to 48 hours. The amount will be reflected in customer’s bank account within 15 working days.

Conditions of Warranty:

·         On the expiry of the warranty period, this warranty will terminate

·         Free Products are not covered under warranty.

·         Under this warranty, only manufacturing defects like faded color, defective lens coatings, and parts broken due to a manufacturing defect etc. will be covered.

·         This warranty is not applicable on damages resulting from any sort of negligence, mishandling, accidents, corrosion or rust, and loss of components or accessories on the customer’s part.

·         This warranty is valid only when you buy directly from WearMySpex.com

·         A product will only be replaced by the company on its sole discretion depending on the nature of defects.

·         The company will not be accountable for payments or refund against any incidental or consequential damages.
